Do you offer FREE shipping?
Yes, we offer FREE standard shipping for orders over $25 to addresses in the US or to and to APO/FPO addresses. Your total must be $25 after the promotional discounts have been applied and before shipping charges, taxes, etc.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes, but you must choose the Standard shipping method. Selecting Upgraded or Express may delay processing and change your shipping method to Standard.
How do I store my Yubi?
Unlike traditional brushes that need a holder for sanitary storage, Yubi can stand on its own two feet! Simply rest Yubi on its wings and angle Yubi’s bristles/sponge upwards when not in use. This prevents the spread of bacteria to help keep your Yubi clean. And it also just looks super cool.
It’s time to clean my Yubi! How do I do it?
Good for you – Yubi care is super important for healthy skin and flawless results. Start with a gentle cleanser and add a few drops directly to your Yubi Brush or Sponge. Swirl the cleanser and warm water into your Yubi Brush or Sponge. Rinse with warm water until it runs clear. Repeat if necessary. When clean, squeeze your Yubi Brush or Sponge with a dry towel to blot out excess water. Rest your Yubi Brush or Sponge bristles/sponge side down on a dry towel to air dry.
Gasp! The item I want is out of stock – what now?
Ugh, that’s the worst! We are working to make sure we have plenty of stock to meet our customers’ needs, but sometimes due to demand we just run out. Please make sure to leave us your email address so we can notify you when we replenish our supply.
I placed my order but then totally changed my mind. Can I modify my order?
We’ve been there before. We can modify or cancel your order if it has not been processed and shipped. Just shoot us a note/give us a ring.
I just placed my order – when will it arrive??
Squeal! We’re super excited to get your Yubi into your hands, so we will ship as soon as possible, usually within 72 hours of your order being placed. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days and 10-21 business days internationally. We generally ship via USPS.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes. Yubi is very worldly. That said, there are certain countries that we are not permitted to ship to. If you have any difficulties entering your address at checkout, please reach out to us at email@example.com.

My Yubi arrived damaged! What should I do?
Oh no! We are so sorry to hear this. Though we double check each Yubi before we send them out into the world, damage may occasionally happen in transit. If you receive a damaged Yubi you may return it for a full refund. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
My Blend Sponge is starting to show little tears!
That is completely normal after some use! The Yubi Blend Sponge is constructed of the softest, latex-free material possible. That makes it gentle on your skin...but also makes it a little delicate. You may continue to use your Blend Sponge even if this happens and you will still enjoy amazing results. We do recommend replacing your Blend Sponge every 2 to 3 months for good skin health.
