Q: What is Yubi?
A: Yubi is an all-in-one tool that helps you apply ALL your makeup and skincare start to finish, without cleaning in between. It’s as easy as using your fingers minus the mess.
Q: Is it cruelty-free?
A: Absolutely. We love animals and are committed to providing only cruelty-free products to our customers.
Q: Is it vegan?
A: Yubi is totally vegan!
Q: Can I use Yubi to apply my foundation? Sunscreen?
A: Definitely! Yubi will help you apply ALL your makeup and skincare products. Try it with sunscreen, moisturizer, serums or foundation, concealer, blush and bronzer.
Q: How does it work?
A: Yubi’s dense vegan bristles don’t drink your products. That means the brush is ready to apply new products one right after the other – there’s no product stuck inside or on the surface.
Q: How do I know it's time to replace my Buff Brush or Blend Sponge?
A: You may notice your Buff Brush may feel less fluffy after about 3 months of heavy use – that’s about the right time to come back and grab a replacement. Your Blend Sponge should be replaced every 2 to 3 months. Doing this will help promote healthy skin.
Q: How does Yubi save me money?
A: Yubi lets you replace up to 10 different tools – no need to repurchase all those old makeup brushes! Yubi’s dense bristles also reduce makeup waste. Our customers report their makeup lasts longer than with traditional tools.
Q: Will it tug/pull on my skin or cause wrinkles?
A: No! Our patented wing design allows closer contact with your skin, which means greater pressure control. Unlike with traditional tools, Yubi won’t pull or tear at your skin.
Q: How do I use it?
A: Slide, Snap, Sweep! Slide your fingers into Yubi’s wings, snap on your Buff Brush and sweep product onto your skin using gentle circular motions. For your Blend Sponge, we recommend wetting your sponge first and using damp with gentle patting motions. You can apply product directly to the surface of your brush or sponge or to your face.
Q: Someone said I can use Yubi to wash my face. Is that true??
A: It sure is! Yubi is an ALL-IN-ONE tool, and that means facial cleansing too. To use, slide Buff Brush onto your fingers, get it wet and apply your favorite cleanser or exfoliator. Using gentle circular sweeping motions, enjoy the cushiony softness of Yubi’s bristles cleaning your pores. Rinse brush, squeeze out excess water and leave bristles down to dry on a clean towel. Make sure to rinse your face and follow with your skincare routine.
Q: What is the difference between the Buff Brush and the Blend Sponge?
A: In general, we suggest using your Blend Sponge for light makeup looks, setting powder and under eye concealer. We suggest using your Buff Brush for full coverage looks, applying skincare and washing your face. If you are on the fence about the right product, we suggest the Buff & Blend Duo – use your Buff Brush to apply your makeup and follow by patting your face with the Blend

Cleaning/Care
Q: How do I clean my Yubi?
A: Use a daily cleaning spray like our One. Two. FRESH! to surface clean your Buff Brush and Blend Sponge. When used with our Yubi Clean Towel (available in our Complete Clean Kit) you will be able to surface clean your Yubi (and all your beauty tools) and instantly dry them. Once a week wash your Buff Brush and Blend Sponge with a gentle soap like our Deep Clean. Swirl bristles under warm water to rinse soap, dirt and oils from your brush. Gently squish your sponge under warm water but be gentle – your sponge will tear with excessive force!
Shipping
Q: Do you offer FREE shipping?
A: Yes, we offer FREE standard shipping for orders over $25 to addresses in the US or to and to APO/FPO addresses. Your total must be $25 after the promotional discounts have been applied and before shipping charges, taxes, etc.
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Yes, we ship to PO Boxes, but you must choose the Standard shipping method. Selecting Upgraded or Express may delay processing and change your shipping method to Standard.
Q: How long will it take to get my product?
A: We ship products same-day if ordered by 2 pm EST using standard shipping for US orders using the US Post Office. It should take 3 – 5 days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently offer flat rate shipping to Canada but check back soon…we’re working on other markets!
Q: Where are you headquartered?
A: Our HQ is in lovely Columbus, OH. If you’re in town, come say hello!
Refunds
Q: Can I return my Yubi if I am unhappy with it?
A: Of course! We will honor a 100% refund if you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
Q: How do I return my product?
A: Please contact us at info@loveyubi.com and we will issue you a return label. We do not cover return costs.
Afterpay
Q: What is Afterpay?
A: Afterpay is a program that helps you finance your orders on our site and others. Buy what you want today, pay for it in four equal installments, interest-free. *Please note: total cart value must be between $35 and $1000.
Q: How do I use Afterpay?
A: Shop loveyubi.com as usual. At checkout, choose "Afterpay" as your payment method, and follow the prompts to register with Afterpay.
Q: How does the Afterpay schedule work?
A: You’ll make your first payment when you make your purchase. From there, three more payments will be charged to your method of payment every two weeks. You have the option of making early payments through Afterpay as well, through your Afterpay account.
Q: What if I can't pay an Afterpay installment?
A: Afterpay does not charge interest unless a payment is missed/late. You will be charged an $8 late payment fee by Afterpay. An additional $8 fee will be charged if the missed payment is still not made within seven days. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order.
Q: When will my items be delivered if I choose Afterpay payment option?
A: Just like any other order! Your product will ship within 3-5 business days.
